*Families that may qualify for free/reduced meals should still fill out an application. Completed application and waiver need to be on file to receive  additional benefits, such as having Athletic fees waived. Students will only be charged for ala carte items and additional milk.  Students will also need to enter their PIN numbers.

Signs of Suicide (SOS)

September is National Suicide Prevention & Awareness Month.
Signs of Suicide (SOS) is a curriculum designed for students to learn the risk factors and warning signs of depression and suicide, and more importantly, what to do when they recognize such concerns. Our district has adopted this curriculum for students in grades 6-12. All 6th grade students receive a comprehensive SOS lesson from their school counselor. Students in grades 7 will receive a follow up lesson in Health Class, and grade 8 will receive a follow up lesson in a class designated by the Principal.  In the same manner, all freshmen students will participate in a SOS lesson during their health class. A brief follow up lesson/annual review will occur during homerooms in grades 10, 11, and 12. Much like our students participate in ALICE training each year, they need to be equipped with how to proceed if they notice a peer in a crisis situation.
For more information on the information students will receive in this lesson, please visit:

From the Health Office

Please click on this link below to learn more about immunizations needed for incoming 6th grade students.
If your child has a current health plan or emergency plan on file with school, you will receive a copy during the summer to update for the upcoming school year.

If your child has a change in their health or has a healthcare need at school, please contact our school district nurse, Stefanie Rebholz via email during the summer and she will contact you at the beginning of the school year to discuss.
If your child will need to take medication at school, please work with your doctor to have the following form completed and signed before the start of the school year.  As a reminder, the directions on the medication bottle must match the written order on the medication request form.
If you have a child with a severe allergy and/or asthma, or seizures the following forms will need to be completed for our school nurse. Inhalers, Epi-Pens, Allergy medications, etc., must be in their original containers.  Expiration dates will be monitored.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
Stefanie Rebholz, RN
